General rules of BRONEPROEKTtsiya forum

Правила форумов являются дополнениями к общим правилам конференции.
Администрация оставляет за собой право изменять правила без уведомления.
Дополнения и изменения правил начинают действовать с момента их опубликования.
Обсуждение действий администрации - через Личный ящик или почту.
Незнание правил не освобождает от ответственности за их нарушение.

ПРАВИЛА ФОРУМА

Форум - это место для публичных дискуссий по близким тематике сайта вопросам. Все обсуждения являются открытыми и доступными для просмотра любым пользователем сети Интернет, за исключением тех форумов, которые подразумевают обязательную регистрацию и согласие с правилами конференции, чтобы иметь возможность просматривать их.

Поскольку сообщения не проходят предварительную цензуру администрацией проекта, в форуме действует ряд правил, обязательных к исполнению всеми пользователями, не исключая по ряду пунктов администраторов и модераторов.

В случае несогласия с любым из нижеизложенных пунктов Правил пользователь должен немедленно прекратить пользование форумом. В ином случае он несёт всю ответственность за неисполнение Правил в полном объёме вплоть до лишения доступа к форуму.


1. В форуме строжайше запрещено:

1.1 Публично обсуждать решения администрации в части модерирования и администрирования форума. Все жалобы и спорные вопросы решать через e-mail или ПМ. Нарушители предупреждаются один раз, после чего будут забанены.

1.2 Размещение текстовых и визуальных сообщений нецензурного, оскорбительного, клеветнического, порнографического содержания, призывов к национальной, религиозной, расовой нетерпимости и розни и иных материалов, противоречащих нормам Конституции и законодательства.

1.3 Провокационное и вызывающее поведение, оскорбления в адрес участников дискуссии.

1.4 Многократная отправка идентичных сообщений (флуд), замусоривание форума бессодержательной болтовнёй, совершенно не относящейся к тематике сайта, несанкционированная реклама (к ней относится публикация ссылок на другие ресурсы схожей тематики), публикация ссылок на стороние ресурсы без предварительного согласования с администрацией форума.

1.5 Злонамеренное вмешательство с целью внести неполадки в работу форума и составляющих его элементов либо для получения несанкционированного доступа к конфиденциальной информации: параметрам учётных записей, дискуссиям с ограниченным допуском, внутренней почте и т.д. Вся активность пользователей форума автоматически фиксируется.


2. Не рекомендуется:

2.1 Открывать темы и размещать сообщения off-topic, т.е. явно не по тематике конкретного обсуждения, раздела форума или сайта в целом.

2.2 Давать открываемым темам неинформативные названия вроде "Помогите!!!" и аналогичных.

2.3 Открывать одинаковые темы сразу в нескольких разделах форума (кросс-постинг).

2.4 Чрезмерно и неоправданно цитировать чужие объёмные сообщения (овер-квотинг).

2.5 Устраивать "междусобойчики", договариваться об обмене по e-mail в обход форума, просить "скинь на мыло" и т.д. и т.п.

2.6 Публично выражать несогласие с любым из пунктов настоящих Правил.

Нарушение данных норм не является тяжким, но после однократного предупреждения и последующих повторных инцидентов пользователь может быть лишён доступа к форуму на ограниченный или неограниченный срок.


3. Регистрация

3.1 Для полноценного участия в конференции регистрация обязательна. Более того, для просмотра некоторых тем и форумов она также необходима.

3.2 Запрещается регистрировать бессмысленные никнеймы (вроде Ho45ydheg), также запрещается использовать в никнейме нецензурные слова, адреса вебсайтов, адреса email и т.п. В качестве никнейма вы можете использовать свое настоящее имя - это ваше право.

3.3 Запрещается двойная регистрация (регистрация под двумя и более никами) и захват ников (регистрация никнеймов с целью препятствования использования их другими). Также запрещена регистрация двойника уже существующего никнейма (визуально похожих). Нарушители будут выявляться и блокироваться. Запрещается имитация в никнейме названия данного ресурса или статуса пользователей относящихся к администрации(например Moder, bronarm)

3.4 Аккаунт участника, не имеющего в конференции ни одного постинга, удаляется через месяц неактивности, а никнейм освобождается для регистрации.


4. Сообщения

4.1 Перед тем, как отправлять свои первые сообщения на форум, вы обязаны внимательно ознакомиться с общими правилами конференции, а также правилами того форума, в который собираетесь писать.

4.2 Флуд не поощряется. Флудеры предупреждаются. При повторных нарушениях выполняется блокирование эккаунта. Рекламный флуд (спам) приводит к немедленному блокированию эккаунта нарушителя.

4.3 Перед созданием новой темы, убедитесь, что вы создаете ее в форуме соответствующей тематики.

4.4 Запрещается создание одинаковых тем в разных форумах - это будет расценено как флуд. Если вы ошиблись и создали тему не в том форуме, ни в коем случае не дублируйте ее в другом - это может быть расценено как флуд. Свяжитесь при помощи Личного ящика с модератором соответствующего форума и объясните проблему - модератор переместит вашу тему в нужный форум.

4.5 Перед созданием новой темы убедитесь, что подобная тема еще не обсуждалась. Для этого используйте поиск.

4.6 При создании новой темы давайте ей осмысленное название. Оно должно отражать суть вашего вопроса или сообщения. За названия подобные "Памагите пажалуста", "Вася ответь", "У меня праблема" ваша тема будет сразу удалена, при повторных нарушениях вам будет запрещена возможность создания тем и посещения конференции.

4.7 При создании новой темы следует руководствоваться Правилами оформления релиза. Не требуется 100%-е копирование примера из правил, но общий вид сообщения должен им соответствовать.

4.8 Запрещается использование материалов других сайтов без ссылки на источник (личерство). Использование заимствованных с других сайтов ссылок на файлы категорически запрещено.


5. Политика администрирования и модерирования

5.1 Администрация оставляет за собой право закрывать и открывать дискуссии, удалять, перемещать и редактировать сообщения пользователей, если они не соответствуют приведённым выше Правилам в любой их части.

5.2 В случае несогласия с позицией администрации по вопросам модерирования сообщений или администрирования форума спорный случай должен быть урегулирован в закрытой переписке посредством личных сообщений.

5.3 Сообщения пользователей могут не совпадать с позицией администрации. Таковую непосредственно отражают только сообщения представителей администрации.

5.4 Данные правила могут быть изменены в любое время без предварительного уведомления пользователей. Однако администрация обязуется отразить факт изменений в разделе новостей форума.


6. Юридические положения

6.1 Владельцы и создатели данного сайта не несут ответственность за использование ссылок и информации, представленных в этой конференции.

6.2 Администрация форума, сайта и в целом проект "БРОНЕПРОЕКТция" и его участники не несут ответственности за содержание сообщений пользователей форума, равно не дают никаких гарантий их точности, корректности и соответствия действительности.

6.3 Имущественные права на все сообщения, публикуемые в форуме, передаются их авторами администрации проекта "БРОНЕПРОЕКТция". Авторы сохраняют за собой личные неимущественные права на опубликованные сообщения.

6.4 Пользование форумом, в частности, публикация сообщений, подразумевают полное и безоговорочное согласие с вышеизложенными Правилами. Если посетитель форума не принимает Правила в их текущей редакции и в полном объёме, в его праве отказаться от пользования форумом с целью публикации сообщений. Несогласие с положениями Правил не может служить основанием для предъявления претензий администрации в отношении осуществляемых ею функций по администрированию и модерированию форума.

Local forums rules is an addition to general rules of BRONEPROEKTtsiya forum.
Administration leaves for itself the right to change rules without notification.
Additions and changes in the rules come into action from the moment of their publication.
Discussing about the actions of administration - through the private messaging or the mail.
Ignorance of rules does not free from the responsibility for their disturbance.

FORUM'S RULES

Forum is the place for the public discussions about questions close to the thematics of site. All discussions are opened and accessible for the survey for any user of the Internet, with exception of those forums, which imply required registration and agreement with the rules of conference in order to have the capability to examine them.

Since the messages are not passed preliminary censorship by the administration of project, in the forum acts a number of the rules, required to the executing by all users, not excepting on a number of the points by administrators and moderators.

In the case of disagreement with any of the set forth points of rules, the user must immediately end the use of forum. In another case user bears entire responsibility for the nonfulfillment of rules fully up to the deprivation of access to the forum.

1. At our forum is strongly prohibited:

1.4 Repeated sending of identical communications (Flood), the littering of forum by the non-meaning chatter, which does not completely relate to the thematics of site, the unsanctioned advertisement (relates the publication of links to other resources of similar thematics), the publication of links to other Internet resources without the preliminary agreement with the administration of forum.

1.5 Ill-intended interference with the purpose to introduce troubles into the work of forum and components of its elements or for obtaining the unsanctioned access to the classified information: user private info, discussions with the limited access, to internal mail and so forth. All activity of the users of forum is logged automatically.

2. It is not recommended:

2.1 To open topics and to place messages with off-topic matter, i.e., is clear not touch on the thematics of concrete discussion, division of forum or site as a whole.

2.2 To give to the topics uninformative names like "help!!!" and analogous.

2.3 To open identical themes simultaneously in several divisions of forum (cross-posting).

2.4 To excessively and unjustifiably cite the volumetric messages of other users (over-quoting).

2.5 To arrange "local flea-market", to negotiate about the exchange on e-mail via forum, to request "send me via e-mail" and so forth and the like.

2.6 To publicly express disagreement with any of the points of present rules.

The disturbance of these points is not heavy, but after single warning and subsequent repeated incidents user can be deprived of access to the forum for the limited or unlimited period.

3. Registration:

3.1 For access to all features of the conference registration is required. Moreover, for the survey of some topics and the forums it is also necessary.

3.2 It is forbidden to register senseless nicknames (like Ho4яdheg), also is forbidden to use unquotable words in nicknames, the addresses of the websites,email addresses and the like. You can use your real name as nickname - this is your right.

3.3 The double registration (registration under two or more nicknames) is forbidden and the seizure of nicknames (registration of nicknames for the purpose of the obstruction of use such nickname by others). Also forbidden the registration of the double of already existing nickname (visually similar). Disturbers will be revealed and blocked. Forbidden imitation name of this resource in nicknames or status of the users relating to administration (for example: Moder, bronarm)

3.4 Account of member, which does not have in the conference any postings, is removed in the month of inactivity and nickname is freed for the registration.

4. Messages:

4.1 Before to send your first message at forum, you are obligated to attentively read the general rules of conference, and also the rules of that forum, into which you be going to write.

4.2 Flood is prohibited. Flooders are prevented. With the repeated disturbances is carried out the blocking of account. Advertising Flood (spam) leads to the immediate account blocking of disturber.

4.3 Before creation of new topic, you will ascertain that you create it in the forum of the corresponding thematics.

4.4 Creation of identical themes in the different forums is forbidden - this will be estimated as Flood. If you made mistake and created theme not in that forum, please do not duplicate it in other - this can be estimated as Flood. Please inform moderator of the corresponding forum via personal box and explain your problem - moderator will move your theme into the necessary forum.

4.5 Before the creation of new theme you will ascertain that a similar theme was not discussed yet. For this purpose use a search.

4.6 During creation of new theme give a clear and descriptive name to it. It must reflect the essence of your question or message. For the names similar "Help me please", "Vasya - please answer me", "i'm in troubles" your theme will be immediately removed, with the repeated disturbances you will be forbidden the possibility of writing messages or visiting our forum.

4.7 In the creation of new topic you should be guided by Rules of releases publishing. Does not be required to follow exactly the example sited in the rules, but the common form of your message must correspond to it.

4.8 The use of materials of other sites without the reference to the source is forbidden (leeching). Use of links to files published at other sites is strongly prohibited.

5. Administration and moderation policy:

5.1 Administration leaves for itself the right to close and to open discussions, to move away, to move and to edit the messages of users, if they do not correspond to the rules in any part of them given above.

5.2 In the case of disagreement with the position of administration on questions of moderation of messages or administration of forum, the questionable cases must be regulated in the closed correspondence by means of the private messaging.
